Varsity Baseball

Spring 2025

Baseball - Start date is Saturday, March 15th for pitchers and catchers. Pitchers and catchers is a week of preseason workouts endorsed by CIAC. CIAC only allows for 10 pitchers and 4 catchers to attend. As a result, the week consists of mostly returning players with the head coach making final decisions. Every individual who is interested in being a pitcher or a catcher will have an opportunity during formal tryouts starting on Saturday, March 22nd.

 

All players need to sign up for tryouts in Baseball Google Classrooms. The google classroom also has information regarding tryouts.

For all players grades 9-12, formal tryouts begin on Saturday, March 22ndth and continue Sunday March 23th.

 

Tryouts are currently scheduled for following times for both Saturday March 22nd and Sunday March 23rd
Seniors and Juniors - 9AM- 11AM @ DeMayo Field 
Sophomores and Freshman- 11AM-1PM @ DeMayoField 4
 
Please be there approximately 20 min early as stretch will begin on time.
 
**These times may change due to weather or field issues so please make sure you have your notifications on for google classroom because that is where I would make any announcements.**
