North Haven High School Strength & Conditioning Program

The NHHS Strength and Conditioning Program operates out of the Fitness Center at North Haven High School. This program is led by certified strength & conditioning trainers from Ranfone Training Systems in Hamden, CT. The North Haven Athletic Department and the North Haven School District has put forth this program for all students at North Haven High School, both those students affiliated with an athletic program and those who are not student-athletes. The strength & conditioning program is open to all students. There is no fee to register and participate in this program. The intent is to help our high school students learn how to train properly in order to have a healthy body and mind.
Students need to register on FamilyID with a valid physical before they are eligible to participate. Here is the link to that registration program:

Once a student is registered, the student must be cleared by the nurse before participating in their first strength & conditioning session.

Currently, the strength and conditioning program runs every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Sessions are held at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. There are some 4:00 PM sessions. For an updated schedule and for more information, please contact the head coach for the strength & conditioning program, Corey Berrios, at [email protected].
