2/19/2021 - Tonight's JV & Varsity Girls' Basketball Games at Amity have been postponed to tomorrow, 2/20, 11:30 JV & 1:00 PM Varsity. Additionally, tonight's Boys' Basketball Games vs Amity at North Haven have been postponed to tomorrow, 2/20, 11:45 AM Freshman, 1:15 PM JV & 3:00 PM Varsity.

11/13/2020 - Fall/Winter Athletics Update #2
11/5/2020 - The CIAC notified member schools this afternoon that the scheduled November 21st start to the winter season has been postponed pending the review of forthcoming guidance from the CT Department of Public Health. The DPH guidance will be reviewed and serve to inform the CIAC winter sports plan including any possible modifications to allow for safe participation. On November 17th the CIAC Board of Control is expected to consider a new start date for winter sports.

6/5/2020 The CIAC, in conjunction with the Connecticut State Medical Society Sports Medicine Committee, has released guidance for the resocialization of interscholastic athletics and activities programs. The document was also vetted by CAPSS, CABE, CAAD, and the CATA.
The document is intended to provide guidance on considerations for safely returning to interscholastic athletics and activities experiences. It is understood that the guidelines do not fully mitigate any COVID-19 risk and, therefore, school districts, parents, athletes, coaches, and officials should make individual determinations on when it is safe to return. School districts should consult their local departments of public health prior to implementing a return to in-person athletics or activities. Here is the full document:
